The 4th Force Support Squadron is requiring the procurement of one (1) Permanent LED Marquee.
This requirement is ONLY for the purchase of a permanent double-sided LED digital marquee, excluding installation . The marquee will be displayed at the intersection of Wright Brothers and Vermont Garrison on Seymour Johnson AFB. The marquee will be bolted to a customer-provided concrete slab (similar to the specification attachment). This requirement is for the marquee unit and associated components only.

All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities-indicating examples of commercial sales-and product specifications related to this effort. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort.
