Contractor shall serve homeless Veterans in need of immediate shelter in a safe environment. Many of these veterans have co-morbid conditions that include serious mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders, and other serious medical conditions. Contractor shall provide rapid placement in a supportive, residential setting to VA referred Veterans.
