Description:
Indiana's Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) program is seeking an expert Project Consultant to spearhead two critical initiatives aimed at enhancing support for children with special health care needs and their families. The consultant will be responsible for developing a new training program for care coordinators and establishing a family-led advisory council. The ultimate goal is to improve health outcomes and family satisfaction by ensuring care coordinators are exceptionally well-trained and that the voices of families are central to the program's strategic direction.
