SF 330 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE PAGE INSTRUCTIONS, Section a. state a submittal deadline of 4:00PM EST on February 28, 2025. Which response/submittal date is correct 21 February 2025 or 28 February 2025?A1. The SF330s are due on February 28, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (EST)Q2. The A/E Firm shall additionally demonstrate its experience in providing Construction Period Services for hospital facilities, particularly in HVAC renovation projects. Can you advise the parameters of showing construction period services on projects. Do only a select number of projects, out of 5, need to include CPS? Can construction be 50% or more complete?A2. A/E firms should prioritize relevance and quality over quantity in their portfolios. For example, if a firm has conducted construction period services well on only one significant hospital chiller system, we would rank it higher on this factor than a firm that submits five mediocre or unrelated construction-phase examples. Thus, CPS is preferred but not required for all 5 of the example projects. At least one project, however, that shows CPS should be 100% complete because we are also interested in commissioning, which occurs after substantial completion, ideally with favorable post-occupancy assessment.Q3.
