The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of PM Soldier Lethality is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources interested in manufacturing and delivering the 40MM M320/M320A1 Grenade Launcher (M320 GL).
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND
The M320/M320A1 Grenade Launchers are lightweight weapons attachable to the barrel of the M16 series rifles (M320) or the M4 series carbines (M320A1). Ambidextrous operating controls and sling mounting point allow the weapon to be fitted to the operator.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
