This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, following FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1. The solicitation number is F3G5BA5132AL01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded.
2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.

5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide One (1) vessel. The vessel will have appropriately licensed crews for 11 days of operation, loitering for 9-days approximately 270NM-315NM off the coast of San Diego. The Vessel crew will control vessel operations and oversee logistics for Wing-Boat hoisting. Crew members will not require any special security clearances. The vessel must have berthing for 25-34 members acting in a training capacity. Will be equipped with a stern mounted, A Frame hoisting system capable of Loading/offloading 4x wing-boats with personnel. Must have commercial internet available.
