This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government-s requirement for a 450kV Multi-Anode Flash X-Ray System capable of a minimum of 8 captures/exposures with a minimum interframe time of 3 microseconds, and an exposure time of 500 nano seconds or less. The Flash X-Ray System, including installation and training, is to be delivered to Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold AFB, TN.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334517, Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1200 employees. The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 6635, Physical Properties Testing and Inspection.
