Description : The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide BREAD AND BREAD ITEMS FOR DELIVERY FROM APRIL - JUNE 2025 for consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance, PA 15779, Westmoreland County.Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility.Bidders will only bid the acceptable brands, pack size and codes as specified. All items to be in accordance with the attached PA Specifications. Bidders must bid products that meet the specifications/pack sizes and codes of the Acceptable brands.Delivery Dates are specified in accordance with facility storage space allotments and must be adhered to; facilities may arrange alternate deliveries as it requires.PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER MUST BE SHOWN ON ALL PACKING SLIPS, INVOICES, AND ANY DELIVERY CORRESPONDENCE.Torrance Dietary Dept will notify vendor regarding quantities needed for each delivery date.
