The purpose of this Amendment is to:

2) Add photos from site visit, Attachment 6--Site Visit Photos
3) Add contractor questions and answers, Attachment 7--Contractor Questions and Answers
4) Add the following statement, "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” This statement aligns with FAR 52.232-18, previously included in Attachment 1--Model Contract.
5) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

2) Add question and answer submitted by vendor:
Q: If possible could you provide me with the stock number or part number of the tool storage so that I may get an accurate accountability of personnel to provide support and man hours needed.
A: There are currently no stock numbers for this requirement—as the storage system will be built. This is why we are hosting a site visit for vendors to visualize the space and submit their proposal.
3) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
