This is a requirment for delivery and installation of office furniture in accordance with the attached SoW and specification documents. In addition delivery, and assembly services will be needed to be completed on site. The requirement contains the need that to to the maximum extent possible, furniture must match both in color and style.QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ *or Contractor-s equivalent (must contain all information applicable with page 2 of this RFQ)2. Fully Completed CLIN Schedule3. Furniture Specifications and General Information/Pictures/Etc of the quoted items sufficient to determine acceptability based upon provided technical specifications.
