Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
This requirement is for 2 UTVs to be delivered to Tracy Defense Distribution Depot.

a) Salient Characteristics say Front and Rear Lighting. Is this the standard rear tail lights or a light bar attached to the rear portion of the cab?
Answer: Those are standard front and rear lights manufactured to the cab front and rear. Not light bars.
b) Salient Characteristics say Storage in the Rear of the UTF. Is this storage referring to bed space or an actual storage container like a box?
