PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT an invitation or request for bids. The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (AFB), North Carolina, announces the anticipated release of Solicitation Number FA480925Q0060 being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ is set-aside for firms registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as Small Businesses. All applicable provision and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation.
