REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. 4th Reconnaissance Battalion is requesting contractual aircraft IOT maintain and enhance its required SPIE parachute insertion capabilities. 4th Recon BN currently has an aircraft contract that will expire March 2025. This request is to gain a new contract allowing the unit to continue its parachute training. This contracted aircraft will guarantee 4th Recon BN support for all parachuting operations allowing for the unit and its personnel to maintain METs and provide a capable product to any supported command.
