PREMISES: Block 0025, Lot 003, consisting of approximately 316,460 square feet. LEASE TERM: 5 year extension, beginning Aug 1, 2025, and ending July 31, 2030. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $98,210.60 ($0.31 per square foot x 316,460 square feet).
