Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the term of land use permit ADA-50860 for Parcel A at the Petersburg Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire April 1, 2025; and to amend the premises description increasing the size of Parcel A, to consist of approximately 3,000 square feet of land. Applicant: Tonka Toy Rentals LLC. Annual rent: $651.00, Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Parking of fuel trucks used for commercial fueling. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 10, 2025 after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
