Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the land use permit for Item 18, at Skagway Airport under ADA-50862 for an additional five (5) years, to expire September 1, 2030. Applicant: Paul Swanstrom. Annual rent: $625.00. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Parking of mobile fuel truck/fuel tank used for self-fueling purposes only. Tank must be no more than 250 gallons and must be protected by a fuel spill containment sump. No fuel sales authorized. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., October 23, 2024, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
