Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the land use permit for Lot 5B, Block 200, consisting of approximately 21,000 square feet, at King Salmon Airport under ADA-50869 for an additional 5 years, to expire May 1, 2030. Applicant: Bristol Bay Telephone Cooperative Inc. Annual rent: $5,656.00. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a Permittee-owned warehouse building for storage of switch equipment and other supplies in support of the Permittee-s communications business. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 7, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
