AMENDMENT #4: RFI answers and extension of the bid due date to 8/4/2025.
AMENDMENT #3: A second round of RFIs shall be accepted by 12:00PM on 7/11/2025. Bid due date and opening shall be moved to 2:00PM on 7/28/2025.
Provide all labor, supervision, travel, equipment, tools, materials, inspection/testing services, and legal disposal of waste materials for the abatement and total demolition of existing Building 9H, 344, and pedestrian walkway between building 9H and 314C, located at the Perry Point VA Medical Center according to the scope of work and provided drawings/specs.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 400 calendar days.
An organized site visit will be scheduled for 05/29/2025 at 10:00AM at Perry Point VAMC. The site visit will begin in the parking lot for Building 9H. See document “Parking Location for 9H Site Visit”. Please confirm attendance via email to brandon.parker2@va.gov.
Questions relating to this solicitation document must be submitted in writing via email to brandon.parker2@va.gov no later than 3:00PM EST, 06/11/2025. All inquiries for this solicitation must be sent electronically using attached RFI document, “RFI Form”.
