- Description : The scope of work in Rice Street, Route 51 consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill with suitable materials, widening the existing roadway pavement, construction of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and 6-inch reinforced concrete slab, removing existing grated drop inlet, and construction of catch basin, adjusting type B traffic signal pullbox, removing and installing pavement marking, and traffic signs, RRFB assembly, cold planing, removing of weakened pavement areas, asphalt concrete paving, slurry seal of existing asphalt pavement and hydro-mulch seeding of graded shoulder and excavated and graded pavement areas. The scope of work in Rice Street, Route 5020 consists of clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, construction of concrete sidewalk, and curb and gutter.
