SCOPE OF WORK
PR 52000PR20000062: CGC EDGAR CULBERTSON FIRE ALARM PANEL TECH SUPPORT/SITE VISIT
SCOPE
Vendor shall provide a certified technician to conduct troubleshooting and repair support for the Cutter’s Mircom Pro-2000 Fire Detection Panel.
BACKGROUND
The Mircom Pro-2000 Fire Detection Panel has been discontinued and is no longer supported by the manufacturer. The only available source of parts are provided by the FRC fleet itself, sent to a vendor with the capability to refurbish them and send them back out. Technicians must have specific knowledge and experience with this outdated system.

REQUIREMENTS

Vendor shall provide troubleshooting and repair support specifically for the Mircom Pro-2000 Fire Detection Panel on EDGAR CULBERTSON. For additional information or requirements, please coordinate with Cutter Point of Contact, MKC Lopez-Smith (Adrian.C.Lopez-Smith@uscg.mil or 831-207-8084)

All parts replaced must be newly manufactured by the OEM if available or provided by a vendor that has specific knowledge on how to repair and refurbish all discontinued parts on the Mircom Pro-2000.
