The NAICS code is 5413330 with a small business size standard of 25.5M. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Tolman/Patriot Engineering (SDVOSB) for construction.This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price sole source.The Buffalo VAMC started project 528-17-s38 to replace 2 sterilizers and 2 washers in the SPS area. It was expanded to include the addition of floors, ceilings, a medivator cleaning room and the associated medivator equipment. The need for new HVAC equipment was identified. All the additions required a mobile trailer be used during the construction period. All design work and the 100% bid document were completed over the 5-year contract limit. The intent of this effort is to receive the construction support services needed to complete the project and ensure proper installation of purchased equipment.The Buffalo VAMC requires a consultant to perform the Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services necessary to accomplish this goal throughout the construction phase.Other persons may identify their interest by responding to this requirement by Friday, November 22, 2024, at 12 noon ET.
