Presolicitation NoticeDESCRIPTIONPre-Solicitation Notice36C25225B0001Project: SPS Construction Phase 2, 3, & 4Project Number: 537-17-115Location: Jesse Brown VAMC, Chicago, ILPRESOLICITATION NOTICE:Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified supervision for phase 2, 3, & 4 of construction renovations of the SPS Department area subject but not limited to AHU replacement, demolition, air system installation, duct work modifications, and electrical and power revisions at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (JBVAMC) in accordance with the Construction Documents.Time for completion is 371 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed issued by the Contracting Officer.The project magnitude range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Size Standard: $19.0 million. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
