Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) must be certified by The U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT). This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 36 & 14, Invitation for Bid.This project will replace the facility well pump, correct deficiencies with the underground water piping, remove generator, correct deficiencies in buildings 25 & 63 along with all other work listed on the project drawings and specifications.ITEM I, GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, repairs, and upgrades to buildings 25 and 63 including specifications and drawings to provide physical security resiliency as well as the necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. As an alternate deduct, replacement ofwindows in buildings 25 and 63 is an option for VA consideration.ITEM II, DEDUCT ALTERNATE NO. 1: Base bid except the removal and replacement of the existing windows in buildings 25 and 63 per the architectural drawing sheets.The full detailed scope of work and bid deducts are included in the solicitation. The solicitation documents and drawings will be available for download from the website at SAM.GOV on or about April 30, 2025. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and updates. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Bidders are responsible for downloading the solicitation package, drawings, and subsequent amendments, if any.
