Presolicitation NoticePresolicitation NoticePage 3 of 3Presolicitation Notice*=Required FieldPresolicitation NoticePage 1 of 3THIS IS ONLY A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) WILL BE POSTED APPROXIMATELY ON OR ABOUT June 9, 2025 PRESOLICIATION NOTICE: The Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for, NRM CLC Sidewalk Install, Project No. 549-SL-503, located at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E 9th Street, Bonham, TX, 75418.The method of procurement shall be a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Part 13 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with a projected solicitation date of June 9, 2025.This project includes but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct five (5) sidewalks at the CLC. All work shall be performed by fully qualified and competent personnel The site should first be assessed, and the ground should be undercut to the desired subgrade level. Form work for sidewalks need to be set, within the subgrade placed, and form work installed. The sidewalk must include 3/8 rebar spaced16 inches on center, with a 5-inch slab with a PSI of 2500. Expansion joints must be included at all tie-ins, with redwood used as an expansion joint every 50 feet. Topsoil will be used for backfilling, and any excess material will be properly hauled away and disposed of. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set-Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Quotes will only be accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors.The applicable NAICS code is 238990- All other specialty trade contractors.
