Lovell FHCC has a requirement to Expand the Police Dispatch area located within Building 133 by approximately 500 square feet. Existing lobby space and locker room will be modified and converted into male and female locker rooms to include but not limited to new door through CMU wall be added to make Police Dispatch area contiguous with new locker rooms, new card readers, conduit, door strikes, door hardware, access control panel as well as SSTV cameras. PACS Components must be FIPS 201 Compliant. Use of access cards/tokens which do not meet this standard are prohibited.This project is required to bring selected areas into compliance with VA Physical Security and Resiliency Design Manual (PSRDM), and shall meet or exceed all Code, technical, and programmatic requirements adopted, established, revised, and or published by VA.The contractor shall complete all work including submittals, reviews, quality assurance, material/equipment orders, deliveries/installation, construction field work, training, and closeout within the stated term from Notice to Proceed (NTP) as shown below.
