The CVVAMC system consists of a main campus that is approximately 800,000 SF and six community-based outpatient clinics (CBOC) that make-up approximately 90,000 NUSF. Work shall include a facility master plan, Strategic Capital Investment Planning (SCIP) readiness, and drawing maintenance. The A/E is responsible for collecting all required data (veteran population, existing workload, rural analysis, current project data, SCIP data, etc.) for the services at hand. This shall include meeting with executive and engineering leadership to establish the station s vision for the Master Plan. SCIP readiness shall include complete project scopes, SOWs, cost estimates, timelines, cost benefit analysis, and more for the suggested projects.
