- The Texas Commission onEnvironmental Quality (TCEQ) requests professional engineering services whichare discrete and severable for the purposes of issuing a contract award andwork orders. The services pertain to performing Emergency Action Plan (EAP) developmentincluding inundation maps and simplified breach analyses for up to 15 smalldams and 7 intermediate sized dams throughout the state of Texas. The anticipated term ofthis contract will be one year from the date of signature. Please note that fundingfor this Solicitation is sourced from a grant which is currently paused byissuing federal agency. Funding for this Solicitation is not guaranteed andthere is no guaranteed minimum expenditure by TCEQ. Prices will remain firm forthe term of any contract awarded from this Solicitation.
