Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source contract with Scriptpro, USA for the Windows 11 Upgrade. This procurement is intended to be used by VISN 12 VA Medical Centers (VAMC) and Community Based Outpatient Centers (CBOC). PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Contract Title. ScriptPro Datapoint Operating System (OS) Upgrade to Windows 11 Background. The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 12, is responsible for providing health care to Veterans in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Upper Michigan, and northwestern Indiana and is comprised of eight medical centers and numerous Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Like all health care facilities, VISN 12 is moving away from Windows 10 OS, which is set to have its Microsoft support expired by October 14th, 2025. This move will require systems running Windows 10 to be upgraded to a current Microsoft OS, Windows 11 LTSC (Long Term Servicing Channel).
