This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS, soliciting responses exclusively from Small Business concerns. The purpose of this announcement is to gather preliminary industry information for planning purposes; no proposals are being requested or accepted at this stage. The Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center is seeking Construction firms under NAICS Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors.
PART 1 General Scope of Work:
Contractors shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools,
equipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and
other items designated under the provisions of this contract for the Replace condensate
Lines and Pumps 585-21-113 at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center Located in
Iron Mountain, Michigan as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the
contract drawings. Work includes remove, resize, and replace condensate steam lines,
pumps, PRVs, add bypass lines, replace HPC traps, associated asbestos, replace 6
steam valve coming from 8 MPS header in sub-basement and other aspects of
construction as required by the drawings and specifications. Installation shall be as
outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the drawings.
