INTRODUCTION:The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades VA Medical Center (VAMC) Jackson, MS located at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave. Jackson, MS 39216PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center has a requirement to completely upgrade our Electronic Health Records Management Infrastructure. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision, and transportation as necessary to perform all work in accordance with provided construction specifications, drawings, all documents attached to this contract, all terms and conditions of this contract for Project No. 586-21-700 EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the VAMC Jackson, MS.ADMINISTRATIVE:The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. The solicitation will be issued in mid-late June 2025. The period of performance is approximately 600 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000.000.00 and $50,000,000.00. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
