This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Mira Vista 4705 Decaur BLVD Indianpolis IN 46241 Fungal Testing will be posted to contracting opportunities from 08/25/2025 through 09/08/2025 under NAICS 621511 PSC Q301. The Vendor shall provide all resources necessary to perform rapid specialized diagnostic fungal testing. The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months beginning October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026 plus 4, 1 Year Option Periods. 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 09/08/2025 at 10:00 AM CST, to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov . The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
