03/26/2025SITE PREPERATION FOR FLUOROSCOPE1FacilityRobert J. Dole VA Medical Center 5500 Kellogg Ave, Wichita, KS 67218IntroductionCoordinate project with the Equipment provider/installer. Renovate space for Fluoroscopy. Relocate fixtures in conflict with Unistrut and ceiling areas. Install flooring. Demolition of control room walls and construction of control room. Replacement of doors to control room and control room. Installation of related casework. Removal and reinstallation of patient lift. Paint commissioning As-built drawings. The contractor will be responsible for meeting all contract specifications for the VAMC. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform the work. All project work shall be installed in accordance with all applicable standards available at the time of installation to include published commercial specifications as well as standards and preferences expressed in this document. All installation details shall be fully coordinated with the VA CO and on-site Contracting Officer s Representative (COR). Period of performance for all work 190 days. Deliverable: The construction contractor will do all work in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications related to project number 589A7-23-315 Prepare Site for Fluoroscope, Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita Kansas.Project ScopeA/E Part One Services (also known as Design Phase) for this design project includes site visits, field investigation, studies, and user interviews to prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for all facets of work and disciplines/trades to facilitate a construction project to install a new Fluoroscope in place of the existing Fluoroscope.
