This is an amendment is to answers to questions that were received in reference to RFP 36C25525R0048.
Can you please confirm that we can submit PPQ in place of CPARs and that the PPQ doesn-t count toward the page count? PPQ-s are addressed starting on page 8 of the solicitation.
Page limits are addressed starting on page 6 of the solicitation.
For section D (organizational chart) we are not to show teaming partner consultants? Does this mean we shouldn-t include teaming partner consultants in any of the SF330 forms? Do you only want us to show you exclusively the Prime A&E firm staff and not any teaming partner consultants. This is addressed on page 5 of the solicitation.
Is there a page limit or font size requirement. The solicitation addresses the page information. Normal font size for business correspondence is acceptable.
Does the A&E firm have to use the attached SF330 fillable pdf, or can we use our own word documents that has been formatted to the SF330 template? The AE can use their own 330 documents, but they must comply with the requirements of 330 located at GSA.gov. A 330 that does not comply with the requirements the 330 may be rejected. The previous link in the solicitation is broken and is not to be used.
Can you update the requirement for the design and construction projects within the past 5 years be only for the construction? Most of our projects that we would like to use have construction completed within 5 years, but the design was completed in 2017, 2018, 2019. Or is it possible to change the construction completion to a 75% complete. We have many projects that are similar, but the construction is in progress vs. 100% complete.
