Per Section 4.1.3 of EB-4015, the seller shall submit a test procedure for review and approval.

Acceptance Testing, Section 4.4 of EB-4015 applies. Note that Environmental Stress Screening (3.3.2.18) is performed on fully populated printed wiring boards prior to installing in the pressure
proof enclosure.

Component 808-7106241-28, DMEA-5521, is no longer procurable. These will be provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM). Do not include a cost for DMEA-5521 chips in your quote. Upon award of contract, DLA shall request DMEA-5521 chips from the ISEA along with a copy of the signed contract as evidence of need.
