Description
The requirement will be sole sourced to Central Association for the Blind, 507 Kent ST., UticaNY 13501. Central Association for the Blind will provide switchboard operations at theLexington VAMC. Central Association for the Blind is an ability one group and the only sourceas this procurement is an ability one set aside only. The vendor has proprietary status that isnot offered or authorized to third party vendors. This contract also requires all operators to bepart of the Ability one program.This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 561421 and has a size standard of $19Mfor this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However,interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement andsubmit quotations no later than 11:00a.m. CST, August 27, 2025 to: scott.dickey@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
