THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERANOWNEDSMALL BUSINESSES. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in North Little Rock, AR, has a requirement titled "B104 Renovation LETC for project number 598-19-127. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). Please do not send questions to this notice as it is only a Pre-Solicitation Notice. Questions will be accepted only after the solicitation has been published. The tentative date for issuing the RFP is on or around Aug 10, 2025, with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days later on or around SEP 10, 2025. The anticipated contract award date is approximately 30 days or less after receipt of proposals. A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract award is anticipated. Location of work is at theEugene Towbin Healthcare Center, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114.Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, tools, and equipment to renovateapproximately 10,557 SF to meet LETC requirements. Scope includes full replacementof all building restrooms and shower rooms, principally to conform to ADA/ABAaccessibility requirements, the addition of a structural beam to provide adequatesupport for a large existing copier, and new flooring through all spaces. Mechanicalupgrades are limited to providing a new cooling tower for the building, with a smallnumber of unitary cabinets replaced as part of the restroom work described above.Work includes construction labor and supervision for architectural, mechanical,electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior finishes work, and certain other items asrequired by provided construction documents.
