The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (NAVSUP FLCSI) Rota Shore Branch is issuing this sources-sought notice with the purpose of conducting market research before pursuing a sole source award.The NAVSUP FLCSI Rota Detachment, Rota, Spain, is searching for sources to procure Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and associated peripheral equipment (materials and labor) at Naval Station Rota, Spain (NAVSTA Rota) for official users. Naval Computer Telecommunications Atlantic Master Station Detachment Rota (NCTAMS LANT DET ROTA), Spain is the Activity Providing Telephone Service (APTS) to all U.S. Navy activities within the Commander, U.S.Naval Activities Spain (COMNAVACTS) area of concern.The contractor shall provide NAVSTA Rota official users the ability to receive required telecommunications/data infrastructure and peripheral equipment (materials and labor) that conform to United Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-580-01 and Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA)/U.S.Energy Information Administration (EIA) commercial building standards.
