NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS), Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 intends to solicit one source for the purpose of awarding this contract to the sole source vendor for refurbishment/repair of QTY 1 EA with option for addtional 1EA, NSN: 4Y-6105-01-076-0568; secondary prop motor (SPM) using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, contracting procedures. DPAS Rating will be DO. The terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-23-G-4303 shall apply to this pending order.
This is a sole source requirement with RMC of 3R: Repair, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data.
