This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME basis with HONEYWELL LTD. AEROSPACE DIV., per FAR 11.104. Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals/quote prior to solicitation close date and time which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from OEM is required to be submitted with quotes,
