INTRODUCTION:
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Montrose VA Hudson Valley Health Care System located in Montrose, NY.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Contractor shall completely prepare project site for operations, including demolition and removal of existing site elements, and furnish labor and materials and perform construction work for Project 620-22-700, EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Montrose VAMC as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contract documents, drawings, and specifications, indicate the scope of work. The purpose of this project is to address deficiencies and upgrade communications cabling Telecommunications Rooms (TR) and Main Computer Room (MCR) located within multiple buildings on campus and site infrastructure.
