SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)CONSTRUCTION BUDGET DESIGN LIMITATIONS/PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Construction Budget is estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 NAICS: 541330 Architectural ServicesSMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $25.5 millionPROJECT DESCRIPTION: A/E Design Scope of Work: The A/E shall provide all Architectural and Engineering services necessary to correct the electrical deficiencies identified by the most recent electrical study and any additional deficiencies identified by the VA in building 77 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. These deficiencies include, but are not limited to, degradation of electrical panels, breakers, transformers and wiring. Inadequate spare electrical capacity for further expansion. Inadequate electrical room space for existing electrical equipment, violating code compliance. The A/E work shall include but is not limited to:On site investigations, surveys, load studies and reports for verification of existing drawings and conditions of the existing electrical infrastructure and support space. Design narrative, analysis, and engineering calculations. Basis of design report(s).
