Montgomery VA Medical Center (VAMC)Muskogee, OKStatement of Work (SOW)Re-Roof Portions of Various BLDGs (24, 1E)Project Number: 623-23-121Project Title: Re-Roof Portions of Various BLDGs (24, 1E) Pt 4Introduction/BackgroundCurrently there are several degradations in the building s roofs located at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC. This degradation has led to unwanted water leaking into the facility. These areas pose a health and safety threat for all occupants within the facility and is justification for remediation of the areas in question. The Contractor will provide restoration to the roofs in question in the affected areas following all applicable regulations and procedures. The Contractor will replace specific roofing areas affected as required while following hospital safety and Infection Control standards.ObjectiveThe Contractor shall provide all required labor, material, equipment, and site investigations to perform construction on buildings 24, a portion of Building 1-E Wing that connects to Building 24 and Building 1-C Wing, and Building 24 stairwell as called out in the design drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall be properly licensed and bonded to perform general contracting work in the State of Oklahoma or have equivalent licensing and be approved for such work by the Veteran s Administration.The Contractor shall provide acceptable electronic services for submittal and document exchange for both design and construction, i.e. Submittal Exchange . Work includes construction period services, site visits, and acceptance inspections by a qualified inspector. It is to be documented in the construction documents that the prime construction contractor shall provide engineering and technical support, all manuals, wiring diagrams, and tools necessary for adjusting, maintaining, repairing, and testing of equipment for use by VA engineering staff or VA s designated Maintenance Provider.The space conditions and the execution of this pr... - Documents:
