York Campus, located at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 has a requirement for Project# 626A4-26-203 Main Entrance Traffic Improvements.This will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C section 8127 (d). NAICS code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business-size standard is $45M.The estimated range of construction is Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00This requirement will be procured per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around September 04, 2025, and close on or around OCT 11, 2025. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d).
