This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Carestream Health Inc., 1765 THE Exchange Suite 400 Atlanta GA, 30339 for the service agreement for the Carestream DRX Revolution Mobile X-Ray System that is currently being used in the facility.This will be posted to contracting opportunities from 06/10/2025 through 06/25/2025 under NAICS 811210. The Vendor shall provide all necessary services agreement installing hardware, software updates, 24/7 technical assistance, and training personnel to use the system at the VAMC according to OEM. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be a base year with three option years beginning August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 06/25/2025 at 10:00 am CST, to tiffany.conner@va.gov .
