- This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only.
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to ST Engineering Aethon INC, 200 Business Center Drive Pittsburg, Pennsylvania 15205.
TUG Fleet Maintenance will be posted to contracting opportunities from 12/15/2025 through 01/02/2026 under NAICS 811210. This contract is to provide maintenance on the smart autonomous mobile robot. This is for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Service at 2400 Canal St. New Orleans, LA 70119.
This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be for February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 01/02/2026 at 3:00 PM CST, to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to number 36C25626Q0253, Notice of Intent TUG Fleet Maintenance in the subject line.
