Description
Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurementto Omaha Electric Service, Inc., NAICS Code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $19.0 Million will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 819.203-70 for the procurement and installation of VA Replacement Security Lighting. Due to the proprietary nature of certain aspects of this particular Security Lighting, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
