The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to procure construction services for the Pittsburg VA Medical Center.The selected offeror shall provide all management, supervisions, labor, transportation, materials, tools, and equipmentnecessary for the construction of project 646-23-405 UD Upgrade 2A130/7W139 Medical Air Systems per the Statemen of WorkThe project shall be completed in accordance with all current VA standards at the time of award.
Wage Determination PA20250001 dated 03/28/2025 applies to this solicitation. The Contractor shall be responsible forthe correct title of classification of workers and compliance with applicable wage and hour laws.
This project is being solicited as a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.The applicable NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building ConstructionThe Small Business size standard is $45 million.
