NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract pursuant to FAR 12.102 with CareFusion Solutions located at 3750 Torrey View Ct. San Diego, CA 92130 for a base year with four (4) options years.
The Pittsburgh VA Medical Center requires preventative maintenance and repair services for the CareFusion Alaris Infusion Pump System.
