Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to tent and contain all hazardous silica and paint debris, spot sandblast all exterior components tonear white metal, apply a prime coat, base coat, and finish coat of paint to the exterior of the water tower at the Saint Cloud VA Medical Center in compliance with the specifications. Additionally, contractor will restore the historic color white with blue “VA” on the four compass points. All work is to be performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
