Purpose of Project:
VA Saint Louis Health Care System, John Cochran Division, requires a Construction Contractor to repair AC-1 and associated ductwork and variable air volume boxes in existing space on the second floor of the main hospital. Work includes, but not limited to, replace the steam humidifier and associated piping directly connected to and housed within AC-1, fix duct leakage, and replace approximately 68 variable air volume boxes.
